These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services provided on keramba.bet under the local brand Karamba (the "Website") and set out the legally binding conditions that apply to your use of the Website and participation in all games, bets and promotions offered on it. By opening an account, accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Website is operated for players in Great Britain by AG Communications Limited, a limited company incorporated in Malta with registration number C48328 and registered office at 135 High Street, Sliema SLM 1548, Malta. AG Communications Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under remote operating licence number 39483 for the provision of online gambling services to customers in Great Britain. The company also holds Irish betting licence number 1014834 for certain sports betting services directed to customers in Ireland; this Irish licence does not change that these Terms are governed by the law of Great Britain as set out below. In November 2022, the Gambling Commission imposed a regulatory settlement of £237,600 on AG Communications Limited in relation to past anti-money laundering failings, following which the company implemented enhanced AML and compliance controls.

These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and replace all previous versions relating to the Website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or must immediately stop using the Website and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply in the singular and plural and whether used with or without initial capital letters.

"Operator" means AG Communications Limited, company number C48328, the holder of Great Britain remote operating licence 39483 issued by the UK Gambling Commission, which operates the Website keramba.bet under the Karamba brand.
"Website" means the remote gambling platform provided at keramba.bet and all pages, content, services and functionality accessible through it.
"User" or "Player" means any natural person who has registered or attempts to register an account on the Website, or who otherwise accesses or uses the gambling services on the Website.
"Account" means the personal online account opened and maintained by a Player with the Operator on the Website for the purpose of accessing the gambling services.
"Bet" or "Wager" means any amount of real money stakes or, where expressly permitted, bonus funds placed by you on the outcome of a casino game, slot, live casino game, scratch card or other gambling product offered on the Website.
"Bonus" means any promotional benefit credited to your Account by the Operator, including bonus money, free spins, free bets, chips, cashback, tournament entries, or similar incentives, subject to specific promotion terms.
"Real Money Balance" means the portion of your Account balance consisting of funds you have deposited, plus any winnings derived from such funds, which are not subject to wagering requirements.
"Bonus Balance" means the portion of your Account balance consisting of Bonuses and any winnings derived from such Bonuses that remain subject to applicable wagering or other conditions.
"Wagering Requirements" means the total amount you must stake using Bonus funds before the Bonus and/or any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance.
"Game Rules" means the specific rules, payout tables and instructions applicable to a particular game or product as displayed on the Website or within the game itself.
"Self-Exclusion" means a formal request by you to be prevented from accessing your Account and the gambling services for a specified minimum period, in line with our safer gambling obligations and regulatory requirements.
"ADR Provider" means the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), the approved alternative dispute resolution provider appointed for disputes arising in Great Britain.
